Get a better default design planned
Current one is geeky and not so pretty. As soon as some people make some kickass styles, offer them as defaults.

make media thumbnails keep aspect ratio planned
I think it would be nice if the thumbnails for the media items on the top would keep the original aspect ration and just all be the same height for instance. Now all my images are squished together since none are square. Either that or just do a zoomcrop using css or the server before you display... more

Add the ability to use an external feed for Articles planned
Right now you can write articles/blog posts, but I would like to use an external resource for that.

media view i love it but some items do not appear....
some items do not appear. for example if i add 4 items on flickr only one appears

Add tumblr picture, video and audio posts to recent media planned
To be consistent tumblr image, video and audio posts could be added to the "Recent Media" bar.
Good point, right now tumblr is a 'mixed' type, so I need to put in support for nested activity objects :]

Add delicious notes planned
When adding a bookmark on delicious I try to always add a note. It would be nice if this note was added to the recent activity stream.
I'm not sure whether I'm getting this data from Friendfeed. If not, it will take a while for me to implement. But yeah, a must-have.

Add excludes and includes tag filters on updates planned
Giving more control on what updates are shown will allow you to better target your lifestream.

Fix broken Twitter and blog images.
On andy.kakuteru.com, there are two broken image links. My little Twitter icon points to the image from several weeks ago (I've changed it since), and the blog image (posted x minutes from []) isn't showing up correctly, either.

Parsing shared / posted links? started
Atm when I share something on Google Reader it seems, based on the scarce tags and no suggested similar content, that you tell zemanta to parse only the page title... would it be viable to follow that link and perform a semantic query against actual page content?

add a timestamp to articles
It would be nice if one could create a timepstamp for articles. I generally write a few articles at once and date them back so that they appear to be released throughout the day. It would be nice to do that in Kakuteru.

have better thumbnails for bookmarks
My delicious items and Google Reader items are just showing a template thumbnail. Would be great to have a thumbnail of the site/feed or maybe use the site's favicon in some way.
